This project initially started as a two-bath remodel but ultimately turned into a complete second floor renovation. Applying some quick on-site planning, the homeowners, builder and design team decided to incorporate new extra-thick solid-core Masonite doors with wider profile poplar casing, base and crown trim. The baths featured new marble, porcelain and glass tile, custom vanities, new plumbing fixtures and lighting.

Painted with a light color palate, each room also received their own custom carpet and draperies and with all new Emtek hardware, the end result was spectacular! We then transitioned to a beautiful new Master Bath and Bedroom (not shown). We were flattered to be hired again a few months later to rebuild their two-story rear deck using low maintenance, pre-finished composite materials.
